We have all woken up to the dreadful news of the attack in Manchester. In the interest of members’ safety, Echo Arena security staff will conduct more stringent ticket checking in Liverpool, as well as random bag searches. Ticket scanning will somewhat slow down access to the arena, however, I am sure you will agree that in the circumstances, this is the price we all have to pay at any larger gathering and our Annual Meeting is no exception.
Please note that luggage is not permitted in the venue and any large bags should be left at hotels/on federation coaches as far as possible.
