Last Monday, 60 members of Bude WI had a wonderful treat, their very own and exclusive fashion show. This was held at Wroes in Bude, courtesy of their directors, Andrea, Ron and Derek Ball.
The gorgeous models were all WI members: Ruth Petherick, Julie Grice, Teresa Tibbets, Beryl Vickery, Elizabeth Barker, Margaret Burch, Jeanette Orr and Eileen Harris. – plus one surprise model, Eileen’s husband, Alan Harris, who was a great sport showing off Wroes range of men’s clothes.
The evening was in true WI style with coffee, tea and wonderful cakes. Many of the women took the advantage to add to their wardrobe at discounted prices. The directors and staff of Wroes were thanked for a very entertaining evening.
