CFWI’s Covid Guidance

From 24 February 2022, you are no longer legally required to self-isolate if you test positive for COVID-19. You are no longer legally required to self-isolate if you are an unvaccinated close contact, and are no longer  advised to test for 7 days if you are a fully vaccinated close contact.

However, COVID-19 will be a feature of our lives for the foreseeable future, so we need to learn to live with it and manage the risk to ourselves and others.

The Cornwall Federation of Women’s Institutes (CFWI) understands this and takes the health and safety of our members and staff very seriously. For this reason, CFWI has published a set of guidelines for use by our staff, WI members, facility hirers and visitors to any of our events or to our office in Threemilestone.

The guidelines include common sense advice like hand washing, letting fresh air in and wearing a face covering when in large groups. It is up to you whether you choose to use these guidelines in your own WI, but please make sure you take note of them when visiting our CFWI office in Threemilestone. Above all, you must do what you feel comfortable and safe doing.
