The Lady Denman Cup Competition is NFWI’s annual writing competition in which members submit an original piece of work based on a set theme.
The theme for 2022 is The Power of Community, supported by The Big Jubilee Lunch, with the aim of celebrating the Queen’s Jubilee.
Using no more than 500 words, WI members are invited to submit a piece of writing, either comical, serious, fact or fiction, which reflects the powerful impact when a community comes together.
This is an individual competition, and members may submit as many entries as they wish. The cost to enter is £5 per entry.
Deadline for entries is Friday 29 July 2022.
