Helston Fatstock Show this November

Is your WI looking for a fun project to while away the autumn months? Why not enter this year’s Helston Fatstock Show?

The Show’s Co-Operative Entry competition is open only to WIs. This year’s theme is ‘A Bonfire Night Celebration Party’ and the entry must be able to be displayed in a space 30″ wide and 24″ deep. Details are as follows:

1. Cookery (savoury) – own choice – 20 points
2. Cookery (sweet) – own choice – 20 points
3. Party invitation – 20 points
4. Craft item – own choice, any medium – 20 points
5. Floral arrangement – any medium – 20 points
6. Presentation – 20 points

The WI exhibits at Helston Fatstock Show have always been excellent, but the Show would really like to see more of them this year! You have plenty of time before November to get your thinking caps on and come up with a spectacular entry to fit this lovely theme.
