Members of Praze-an-Beeble WI wasted no time when the Covid rules were relaxed on 17 May!
That very evening, they met for an outdoor Annual Meeting in the garden of the St Aubyn Arms pub, just around the corner from their usual meeting venue.
With outdoor gatherings of 30 permitted, the 21 members who attended were well within legal limits.
The women bundled up and were plied with hot drinks to keep them warm, but at least it didn’t rain. Seated at four to a table, they were all thrilled to be meeting up in a group again after so long.
