Porthleven WI held their Annual Meeting on 13th March at the Public Hall. After several years as President, Maureen Williams decided to stand down. She was thanked for her dedication to the branch and received a gift, presented by Secretary, Lee Eggle.
The new President will be Margaret Edgecumb.
Porthleven WI has been meeting for over 90 years and always welcomes new members.
The group meet on the second Wednesday of every month at the Public Hall, Wellington Road, Porthleven. Next months meeting will have an Easter theme along with a talk from the National Coastwatch Institution.
