Pengegon WI Makes Use of Recycled Planters
Pengegon WI members Ann Bird (left) and Ann Haverly (right) are pictured planting up recycled water butt planters with over 100 spring bulbs and wild flower seeds to celebrate CFWI’s centenary. The two planters are in the patio garden at Pengegon Institute and are there for the enjoyment of all users of the hall.

Praze-an-Beeble Members Support the Heli Appeal
A visit to look around Cornwall Air Ambulance HQ inspired members of Praze-an Beeble WI to host a cream tea in aid of the new Heli Appeal. A busy afternoon raised a total of £405.40 for the appeal. Scones, jam, cream and cakes were on the menu, as members served a “cuppa for the ‘copter”!
