The Board of Trustees is elected by WI members every two years. The Chair is elected by Board of Trustee members annually. All Trustees have special responsibilities in the running of the Federation and are Trustees under Charity Law and Directors under Company Law. The Trustees also control all the finances of the Cornwall Federation, considering the demands on expenditure made by the sub-committees. The Board of Trustees is supported by Federation Secretary Kerenza Njoh.
At the Special Board Meeting held on Tuesday 28 October 2025, the Chair and Officers of the Federation were elected. Here are the details of the elected Board of Trustees for 2025 – 2026 :
