After being cancelled in 2020 due to the first Covid lockdown, Porthleven WI finally had the chance to enjoy watching Jane Mills demonstrating ‘Easy Summer Eats’ at their July meeting.
A packed hall watched, enthralled, while Jane filled the table with delicious treats. From BLT pasta to Bailey’s cheesecake to meringues and Black Forest slices, all of which were enjoyed with a cuppa afterwards.
Next month will be Porthleven WI’s annual ‘Party in the Park’ and they will then be looking forward to the Presidents Garden Party and a trip to the gin factory!
Porthleven WI meets on the second Wednesday of the month. New members are always welcome.
