Last week, Beaches and Cream WI’s sWIm group met to celebrate a member’s birthday.
They swam around Newquay harbour before heading ashore to enjoy birthday cake and a hot drink.
The members said they could definitely start to feel the freshness in the air. No mention was made of the icy cold water!
