Early December is when one’s mind turns to preparing for Christmas and what better way of starting off the festivities than a Christmas lunch and a party.
Pensilva WI did just that with a wonderful lunch at Trethorne Leisure Park.
A few days later at the Christmas party, there was a very special visitor, Mother Christmas and two of her elves, distributed goody bags to members, containing items lovingly made by the Committee.
We also had entertainment by Bob Wade who led us all in singing carols.
A wonderful evening full of fun and laughter.
