Fourteen members of Grampound WI celebrated summer in style, enjoying a posh afternoon tea at The Cornwall Hotel in St Austell. This was the first face-to-face get together post Freedom Day and it was enjoyed by all who attended.
Grampound’s members hope that they will be able to continue meeting up with no restrictions to mar the enjoyment, but unfortunately they are unable, as yet, to hold meetings as they did pre-lockdown as there are still too many COVID rules attached to the use of their community hall.
They very much hope that things will be relaxed sometime soon.
