The many guests welcomed by Polruan WI to their Platinum Jubilee party were served tea by members and enjoyed home-made cream teas and cakes. Tables decorated with flowers, 1950s music and bunting added to the celebratory atmosphere.
All who attended expressed how much they appreciated the effort put in by Polruan WI.
The members were delighted to learn that during the event £200 had been raised in donations for the local foodbank.
