Tregrehan Garden
We hope you’ll all be coming out to enjoy yourselves at our Platinum Jubilee Garden Party!
Where: Tregrehan Garden (near Par)
When: Saturday 2 July, 2pm-5pm
Rain or shine!
- You’ll be entertained by the Bodmin Silver Band and Cornish Connection, a men’s barbershop chorus.
- There will be cream teas and cake available. (As a bonus, you’ll get a free cup of tea or coffee if your name is Elizabeth!)
- Visit Treleaven’s ice cream van for a sweet treat!
- Browse the stalls – several WIs will be setting up stalls for you to have a look at, and maybe do a bit of shopping.
- Have a go at winning a prize with our Treasure Boxes!
- Woodturner Richard Elliott will be on hand with his beautiful work.
- We hope to have Cornwall Air Ambulance there on the day but, of course, if they have a call-out they won’t be able to come.
- There will be a lovely raffle!
- And don’t forget to make some royal headgear for the Parade of Crowns. There will be a prize!
If you don’t fancy any of that, have a wander around the stunning Tregrehan gardens.
Please bring a picnic rug or a camping/deck chair so you can sit and enjoy the entertainment!
Tickets are £3 and can be purchased at Tregrehan on the day, if you haven’t already ordered yours. Children 10 and under are admitted free.
Bring a carload of WI members or come along with your families. All are welcome!
