The Power of Stationery to Improve our Mental Wellbeing!

We all have busy lives and experience stress from time to time. Some of you may be struggling with your own mental health, experiencing regular triggers or perhaps you just need a break every now and then. We know how harmful stress can be, and have learned the importance of self-care.

Here’s an opportunity for you to take a bit of time out for yourself, focussing on exploring your creativity. 

Your tutor for the day will be Emma, aka A Cornish Geek. Emma describes herself as, “a life-long stationery addict, encouraging others to explore the joys of creative journaling and modern calligraphy and improve their mental wellbeing.”

The workshop we are offering will give you an introduction to creative journaling. Emma will showcase different types of journaling, supplying templates to get you thinking about what might work for you, and you are then encouraged to have a play at home. This workshop is dedicated to reflection, goal setting, and developing your own wellbeing toolkit.

The cost includes materials you’ll use on the day, as well as a starter pack of notebook and pen to take home with you. Please bring a packed lunch. Coffee/tea and biscuits will be provided.
