Did you know that the Cornwall Federation is twinned with the Gwent Federation?
Over 20 WI members from Gwent are currently in Cornwall on a Fedeation holiday for a few days, based at the Kilbirnie Hotel in Newquay. This evening, CFWI Chairman Margaret Johnson and CFWI Vice-Chairman Helen Kestle were delighted to join the Gwent group for a delicious and sociable meal.
The Gwent holiday-makers will be joining us – with their Federation banner – on Saturday for our Centenary Service at Truro Cathedral, so make sure you give them a big Cornish welcome! They are a lovely bunch!
