It’s not too late to book your place at our very special Centenary County Lunch!
Held at the beautiful Carlyon Bay Hotel, overlooking St Austell Bay, this promises to be a fabulous event. We have also been very lucky and have managed to get Dame Rosemary Squire as our guest speaker on the day. Rosemary has been involved in the world of theatre since 1980. She has managed and owned a number of theatres in the UK including Donmar Warehouse and Theatre Royal in Brighton. In 2005, Rosemary became the first elected president of the Society of London Theatre (the trade organisation of London’s theatre owners and managers), and the second only female president in the organisation’s 100-year history. In 2017, she was appointed Chair of Arts Council South West. Closer to home, you might like to know that she serves as a Trustee for the Hall for Cornwall.
You won’t want to miss out on this event!
The lunch is at the Carlyon Bay Hotel on Wednesday 30th October, 12pm for 12:30pm. Tickets are £30. Please see your WI Secretary for menu choices and an application form. If you’ve missed your WI meeting and would like to book a place, just contact the Office on (01872) 272843 or cfwi@btconnect.com.
