We have received an invitation from the Lord Lieutenant regarding a Coronation Parade and Service of Commemoration in Truro to be held on Sunday 7 May.
If your WI is able to attend, please RSVP directly to the Lord Lieutenant’s office on lieutenancy@cornwall.gov.uk by Wednesday 26 April at the latest.
Please let them know:
- How many of you will be attending
- Whether you’ll be bringing your banner
- Whether you’ll be attending the parade or the service or both
It would be wonderful to see a big WI turnout at this event, but I know many of you already have Coronation commitments in your own communities.
