Crowlas & Ludgvan WI would like to extend an invitation to all WI members in Cornwall to attend our January monthly meeting via Zoom.
Our guest speaker promises to be really entertaining, and we’d love to share the evening with you all!
We’ll be welcoming Newcastle-based drag queen Miss Crystal P Enigma. She will be giving a talk entitled ‘The Art of Drag’ and will be discussing why she does drag, why she does it in the way she does, a bit about making costumes and about her personal influences and general influences on the community at large, a discussion about other performers she’s seen and worked with, a brief history of drag in pop culture and where she thinks it is heading.
There will be plenty of time for questions!
The meeting takes place on Monday 18th January at 7:30pm.
