If you fancy trying your hand at some poetry-writing, then this year’s Lady Denman Cup competition will be right up your street.
Inspired by the Climate Change campaign For the Love of, the Lady Denman Cup competition invites WI members to write a piece of poetry about what they love that could be lost to climate change. Entries can be written in any poetical style but must use no more than 500 words.
Entrants must submit four copies of their entry, typed if possible, on A4 paper, to CFWI no later than Thursday 29 June.
