Last Thursday Cornwall Federation of WIs hosted the first of our Christmas meals held at Lanhydrock Golf Club. We welcomed 135 members and we could tell by the buzz in both rooms that it was a huge success. The setting was beautiful, overlooking the golf course, the sun even shone between the showers.
We were seated in two adjoining rooms with tables decorated with Christmas crackers.
The food was delicious and plentiful. The trio of desserts was such a great idea and a big hit with guests.
The trading table was well supported and so too was the raffle. Thank you to you our lovely members who attended this event , it was a real treat to welcome so many of you.
Our second Christmas meal is being held at Budock Vean Hotel tomorrow, Tuesday 7th December. If you have been lucky enough to get booked on to this event we wish you a wonderful time.
