Several members of Egloshayle and Trevanson WI gathered to celebrate the eighth anniversary of their merger. The members enjoyed a leisurely lunch at The Stepping Stone restaurant in Wadebridge.
During the meal, Margaret Bartlett, Egloshayle and Trevanson WI’s President of many years who has recently stepped down, was presented with a beautiful rose bush – aptly named Jam and Jerusalem – from the members, together with a fungicide to prevent black-spot on the leaves!
It was a most enjoyable occasion.
