Green Events

WI Climate Ambassador Rachel Kent has been very busy this year with her WI, St Neot, promoting green events, raising awareness of our environmental challenges, and setting about tackling them.  In January this year they attended the St Neot Produce Market with their Rivers Campaign stall, where they displayed our lovely rivers banner and handed out Green Tips booklets. In March they were testing the water quality on the River Loveney which flows through St Neot, and, also in March, they were to be seen planting a tree as part of the Forest for Cornwall initiative in partnership with Cornwall WI
