Programme Competition Winners Announced!

This year’s Programme Competition winners have now been announced. If you’re coming to our Annual Council Meeting on the 10th at the Hall for Cornwall, then you’ll be able to see them congratulated in person!

The Lander Cup is awarded to the best programme for WIs with up to 20 members. This year’s winner is Budock WI. Second prize was awarded to Grampound WI and third prize to Downderry and Seaton WI.

WIs with 21 to 24 members compete for the Andrews Rosebowl. Bodmin Gaolbirds WI took home first prize this year, with South Hill WI second and Egloshayle and Trevanson WI third.

The Goldsworthy Trophy is awarded to the best programme for WIs with from 25 to 30 members. The winners this year are Falmouth WI. Second prize went to ‘Mermaids’ Mylor and Flushing WI, and third prize to St Tudy WI.

Finally, the Bugle Cup is awarded to the best programme for WIs with over 30 members. This year’s winner is Crowlas and Ludgvan WI, with Lane and District WI second and Stoke Climsland WI third.
