Wilcove WI’s winning quiz team was presented the Rosebowl by CFWI Chair Helen Kestle
Twenty teams, including several new teams, battled for the coveted Rosebowl Trophy at Ladock Community Hall on Friday 15 March. Five rounds of questions included a road signs picture quiz, colours we see around us every day, a general knowledge round, animal facts and a geography round.
Winners of the trophy were Wilcove WI, closely followed by Trevone WI in second place and Camelford WI in third.
Of course, competing is all part of the challenge, but it was a fun afternoon with lots of laughter and good humour.
