The bunting and sun were both out on the lawn outside Trevone WI Hall this week to celebrate the WI’s first meeting since February 2020.
The members all enjoyed meeting up again with old and new friends, and also welcoming WI Adviser Kathy Reed to the Annual Meeting, delayed from March 2020.
The Committee and President were voted in to serve for another year and the other official business was rounded off with a tombola and refreshments, plus a beautiful celebratory cake. Some new members and guests were welcomed and a programme for the rest of the year was distributed.
The women all enjoyed being outside and socialising at their first formal meeting to be held al fresco.
