Just a reminder that the closing date for our Winter County Lunch is approaching! You have until Monday 8 January to book!
Those of you who have been to the Budock Vean Hotel before will know how lovely it is – the food is always wonderful, the setting is stunning and the staff take very good care of us. So please join us for some winter comfort, good food and warmth among friends. If the weather cooperates, come early and have a walk in the 60 acres of beautiful gardens and woodlands at Budock Vean; or come early and sit in the cosy bar with WI friends.
The two-course lunch will be held on Wednesday 7 February at 12pm.
Main course
• Slow roast shoulder of Cornish lamb, rosemary gravy
• Grilled supreme of locally landed hake, lemon and herb butter
• Aubergine Parmigiana
All served with seasonal vegetables
Dessert
• Sticky toffee pudding
• Fresh fruit salad
Coffee/tea and mints
The cost is £32 per person.
