Praze-an-Beeble Members Support the Heli Appeal
A visit to look around Cornwall Air Ambulance HQ inspired members of Praze-an Beeble WI to host a cream tea in aid of the new Heli Appeal. A busy afternoon raised a total of £405.40 for the appeal. Scones, jam, cream and cakes were on the menu, as members served a “cuppa for the ‘copter”!
Porthleven WI Hosts Open Evening
Porthleven Public Hall welcomed a crowd of women to the WI’s Open Evening to listen to Lizzie Stephens speaking about her work with the West Cornwall Women’s Refuge.
