A group of Duloe WI members spent the afternoon at Liskeard Bowling Club recently. The visit was arranged and hosted by member Val Bourne. The group had an interesting introduction session with Club Coach Linda Watson, and learnt that there is more to it than just aiming the bowl to the jack!
This was followed by a delicious cream tea, with sandwiches, sausage rolls, cream scones and carrot cake . It was a very enjoyable afternoon, and the sun even came out!
