There are just a few days left to book your place on our ‘From Schedule to Show Event’!
On 23 February, we will be holding a ‘From Schedule to Show’ event at Chy Noweth to help you understand what Show judges are looking for and learn how to get higher marks!

10.30am-12.30pm (coffee/tea and cake from 10am)
A little knowledge can make all the difference between winning and losing! Come and gain confidence rather than being disappointed when you do not do well. We will have three judges on hand to help us understand what they look for (craft, cookery and floral art). This will be loosely allied to this year’s Royal Cornwall Show competitions. Hopefully, with a bit more knowledge, you will feel more confident and achieve every possible mark – even half a mark can make a difference.
What do you need to do on the day? Please bring with you one of the following so that the judges have something to talk about:
A hand knitted item (you could always borrow something from a fellow member)
A cake – home-made please. This can be the given recipe for 2024 if desired
A small flower arrangement – again help from a fellow member is quite acceptable
Cost: £10 (to include refreshments)
