This year, CFWI is taking our resolutions meetings on the road!
Come to one of our Resolutions Roadshow events to learn more about this year’s WI resolution – Women and Girls with ASD & ADHD – under-identified, under-diagnosed, misdiagnosed, under-supported. You’ll hear an expert speaker on the subject and learn more about the resolution process within the WI.
We ask that all delegates to the NFWI Annual Meeting attend one of the Roadshow events, but it is open to all members! And it’s free! Bring a car-load!
The WI is a democratic organisation and member-led, and our resolutions process is unique in putting members at the heart of decisions about our campaign activity. A resolution is a call for change on a current issue in society, and we, as members, play a key role in achieving change.
After attending one of the Roadshow meetings, armed with all the necessary information, you should have a good understanding of the forthcoming campaign which you can then cascade to your members at your own WI’s Resolutions meeting in May.
These events are ticketed but are free of charge and, in true WI style, refreshments will be available for a small donation.
The application form is now with your WI Secretary, so see her or contact the office to book a place: cfwi@btconnect.com or 01872 272843.
