St Breward WI have successfully planted 3 more trees on 1 December 2024. With great thanks to committee member Cathy Glaser who co-ordinated the planting of 7 trees in total.

Cury WI: Christmas Food Bank Donation
Following success of last year’s venture, Cury WI members made food item donations to the Helston Food Bank as part of their Christmas Celebrations. The donations were presented by the Cury WI President, Jenny and two fellow members, Rita and Ginny for the food bank to make up hampers.

Pensilva WI ‘ What is Munro’
At their November meeting, Pensilva WI learnt ‘What is Munro? Gerry Rennie explained that they are mountains in Scotland over 3000ft and her and her husband had climbed them all. Some entailed scrambling over rock not climbing but they achieved their goal.
TREVONE WI CELEBRATE 95 YEARS
Trevone WI celebrate their 95 anniversary in style with a wreath-making session organised by committee member Alison Patel and a cake baked by member Alison Edmonds. Participants brought greenery and decorations to share and produced stunning wreaths. The afternoon was rounded off by the Rene Kershaw cutting the celebration cake oldest member.
